Characteristics:

1. The crown surface of the drill bit is the middle casting surface. It can increase the arc length in heavily worn locations to insert more PDC cutters for better wear resistance.
2. The taper surface is shallow, so the drill has good directionality, good cleaning effect and strong aggressiveness.
3. The center-to-center distance of the drill head is large, so that the crown of the drill head has a larger impact resistance area.
4. The PDC tool angle is 16-26°, which makes the drill bit have higher cutting performance and impact resistance.
5. On the shoulder part of the bit,it is welded by double-row PDC cutters so that they can drill and abrase simultaneously and complement each other and work together. They undetake respectively the cutting task so that the bits can drill in a high speed.
6. The long gauge surface is welded by double-row PDC cutter gauge teeth so that the bit has higher abrasion resistance and better protecting gauge effect.Meanwhile, the PDC cutters can be effectively used to improve the bit's stability during the drilling.
