Characteristics:
1. The conical surface is shallow, and there is a big nozzle in the center of the bit. So the bit has the advantages of good guiding quality, cleaning power and strong aggressivity. The rock debris can expel from the bottom of the well as soon as possible.
2. The body of the bit is made of high-quality steel and superior tungsten carbide powder in high temperature and low pressure sintering process. The gauge surface is inset by PDC cutters so that the body of the bit is durable and super strong abrasive resistant with good gauge performance.
3. The comprehensively high-performance cutters are welded on the body of the bit in argentalium-welding way. The cutters suit the matrix well with good abrasive resistance and strong aggressivity.
4. The cutters (model: 1308) are asymmetrically inset in the circumferential direction of the blades with good cutting force/effect. The area of the cutter teeth exposure is wide.
