Characteristics:
1. The Directional Drill Bit crown is a flat polished surface for hard, non-abrasive formations. it can be used for strongly directional operations with good directional properties.
2. The top of the bit is shallow conical surface which has good orientation, cleaning power and strong aggressivity.The 4 nozzles on the bit helps clear away the rock debris at the bottom of the well.
3. The drill bit is inserted into the PDC cutter in a counterclockwise staggered manner, so that the cutter can cut any area of the well with good cutting effect, and also reduces the number of drill bits to drill a hole. And the bit is at high speed and more stable.
4. Cutters which can stand high impact are symmetrically inset on the bit. The caster angle is 13°to 16°. The model of the cutters is 1308 which has strong aggressivity.
5. The blade of this drill is designed as a micro helix. The gauge surface is inlaid/inlaid with PDC knife gauge teeth to enhance the wear resistance and improve the gauge effect. Therefore, the tool can be fully utilized to improve the stability of the drill.
